Hal Schwartz founded The Network Real Estate Group, Ltd. in 1993. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Hal has been licensed in the real estate business since 1985.

He is an active member of Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors having served as Treasurer and Head of the Governmental Affairs Division as well as being the President for the Year 2000. Hal was named the Realtor of the Year, 2000. Hal is also a member of Realtors Forty Club, an exclusive affiliation available to only 40 top Realtors in Illinois. He has served 2 terms on the Commercial/ Industrial/ Investment Committee of the Illinois Association of Realtors. In 1998, Hal was appointed to the Leadership Training Academy of the Illinois Association of Realtors. In 2003 Hal was a Director of the 9300 member Realtor Association of West/South Suburban Chicagoland. He was also 2003 Chairman of the Commercial and Invest ment Committee for that same Board of Realtors. In addition, Hal has previously served on the Realtors Commercial Alliance for the National Association of Realtors and on the Economic Development Committee for the Southland Chamber of Commerce.

He has also served as a Director for the Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation. Hal is a native of the Chicago area and has lived and worked in the Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana areas all of his life.
